Resumen:
La planificación consciente y sistemática de estrategias didácticas puede incentivar la capacidad creativa de los estudiantes durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje universitario con un verdadero sentido personal y motivar hacia la identificación de problemas y la búsqueda de sus soluciones tanto a nivel teórico como empírico; responsabilidad que sin lugar a dudas recae sobre los docentes, los cuales no siempre adoptan una actitud receptiva ante este reto. Precisamente, la intención del artículo es valorar la necesidad de que los docentes universitarios posean un nivel psicopedagógico que favorezca la atención personalizada de los estudiantes durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

Abstract:
The conscious and systematic planning of didactic strategies could incentive students creative capacity during the university teaching-learning process with true personal meaning and also motivate towards the identification and resolution of problems both at the empirical and theoretical levels. This is a responsibility which undoubtedly lies with professors, who nevertheless, not always adopt the most responsive attitude to this challenge. Precisely, this article aims to consider the need of university professors possessing such a psychopedagogic level which will favour the students personalized attention throughout the teaching-learning process.
