Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar la Gestión del Tiempo, el Ocio y surelación con los Estilos de Aprendizaje. Se comienza definiendo Gestión del Tiempo yuna adecuada planificación. Después, se hace una lista de herramientas web quepermiten gestionar el tiempo. Más adelante, se define ocio y su gestión. Acontinuación, se explica sobre los Estilos de Aprendizaje. Posterior a esto, se hace unestudio – de los asistentes del I Congreso Internacional de Gestión del Talento, UNED,Lanzarote, España - para relacionar el ocio con los Estilos de Aprendizaje utilizandodos cuestionarios: Cuestionario de Ocupación del Tiempo libre adaptado del propuestopor Fernández y Pavón (1990); y Cuestionario Honey-Alonso de Estilos deAprendizaje (CHAEA). Al final aparecen los resultados, conclusiones y referencias documentales.
Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the Time Management, leisure and its relationship with the Learning Styles. It starts by defining Time Management and a proper planning. Next, it makes a list of web tools about Time Management. Later, defines leisure and Learning Styles. After this, we make a study- in the I International Congress of Talent Management, UNED, Lanzarote, Spain - to relationship between leisure and Learning Styles using two questionnaires: questionnaire of spare time adapted from the one proposed by Fernández y Pavón (1990); and questionnaire Honey-Alonso of Learning Styles (CHAEA). Results, conclusions and documentary references appear at the end.
