Body self-perception, understood as the way in which people perceive, feel, and relate to their own bodies, is a fundamental aspect of human physical and emotional well-being. This article presents the design and implementation of “Authentic Reflections,” an artistic intervention program aimed at strengthening body self-perception in inclusive contexts. The experience was applied to 100 university students studying education degrees. The program was carried out through thematic modules that integrate body image, emotional awareness, and social influence. Its approach is aimed at both neurotypical populations and minority groups, such as those with functional diversity, promoting a system of education based on equality. Initial results showed a low level of body awareness and poor integration of emotional self-regulation strategies. After the intervention, there was an increase in body awareness, greater fluidity in emotional expression, and improved group cohesion. Overall, aesthetic practices acted as vehicles for self-awareness, empowerment, and development, laying a solid foundation for their application in social, educational, and therapeutic settings.
