Una mirada a los estilos de enseñanza en función de los estilos de aprendizaje

La diversidad puede ser contemplada en educación a través los Estilos de Enseñanza y Aprendizaje (EdE) y (EdA). Las maneras de enseñar de los docentes y aprender de los alumnos se hacen visibles en el quehacer de las aulas, resultando imprescindible conocerlas para dar respuesta a la heterogeneidad de centros y aulas. En esta mirada a la diversidad desde los Estilos surge un proyecto colaborativo entre la Universidad de Cantabria (UC), la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) y el gobierno autonómico de Cantabria. El objetivo del estudio lo constituye la elaboración de un marco teórico-conceptual que sustenta el diseño y construcción de un cuestionario de diagnóstico de los EdE. El resultado es la aportación operativa para diagnosticar los cuatro Estilos de Enseñanza: Abierto, Formal, Estructurado y Funcional relacionados con cada uno de los Estilos de Aprendizaje identificados en el conocido CHAEA: Activo, Reflexivo, Teórico y Pragmático respectivamente.
