Modificación de los Estilos de Aprendizaje durante la formación profesional, en estudiantes de Enfermería

Resumen
La educación del siglo XXI, genera la necesidad de formar profesionales que aprendan de forma autónoma; para adaptarse como docentes a evidente demanda, se debe conocer cómo los universitarios aprenden. Ante esto, se propuso determinar, si durante el proceso de formación, los estudiantes de Enfermería en Guerrero, cohorte 2010-2014, tuvieron cambios de Estilos de Aprendizaje (EA) y si ocurrió, corresponde al perfil de la profesión. Se aplicó el cuestionario Honey–Alonso (CHAEA), se hicieron preguntas relacionadas según el contexto social. Resultados: el estilo de ingreso fue reflexivo, 39.3% seguido del pragmático, al egreso 22.2% lo conservó y 17.1% lo modificó; la coincidencia entre estilo de ingreso y egreso fue mínima; el perfil de egreso del programa educativo es reflexivo, al concluir la carrera, solo 45% de estudiantes lo consiguió. Conclusión, determinar estrategias, métodos que influyan significativamente en el aprendizaje de los jóvenes, es a través del conocimiento de sus EA.
