Prácticas de enseñanza y aprendizaje en línea en Macao, Portugal y Brasil: hacia un modelo pedagógico virtual global pospandémico

Resumen

La pandemia de Covid-19 tuvo un profundo impacto en los procesos pedagógicos de las universidades de enseñanza presencial. El confinamiento obligatorio de la población universitaria implicó la transposición de la enseñanza presencial a clases impartidas en línea, lo que condujo a un aumento considerable del uso de sistemas de videoconferencia, estableciendo nuevas comunidades de aprendizaje en línea (o reforzando las ya existentes). Estas prácticas de aprendizaje en línea tienden a permanecer tras el fin de la pandemia en la medida en que proporcionan alternativas complementarias para el contacto, el intercambio y la colaboración en red, determinando formas no estructuradas de modelos pedagógicos híbridos de educación a distancia.

En este artículo describimos prácticas concretas de enseñanza en línea aplicadas durante la pandemia en dos universidades de enseñanza presencial, la Universidad de São José de Macao y la Universidad de São Paulo (Brasil), procediendo a su análisis crítico a la luz de la praxis de educación a distancia en línea en boga en la Universidade Aberta (Portugal), una universidad virtual de educación a distancia, con vistas a definir un modelo pedagógico virtual general que pueda proporcionar principios y directrices para la planificación, organización y puesta en práctica de una oferta educativa de nivel universitario en línea gestionable para tiempos pospandémicos apoyada en pruebas de investigación y tendencias emergentes.

Biografía del autor/a

Adérito Fernandes Marcos, University of Saint Joseph, Macao (China)

Adérito Fernandes-Marcos is grad. in Comp. Science Eng. from the Nova University of Lisbon, Portugal; holds a Ph.D. in Comp. Graphics from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany; and Habilitation (agregação) in Techn. and Information Systems by the University of Minho.  He is currently Full Professor at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Saint Joseph, Macao, China. He is also Full Professor at the Portuguese Open University; where he founded and was the first Director during 8 years of the Doctoral Program in Digital Media Art, a transdisciplinary joint offer with the University of Algarve taught in e-learning mode. He is researcher at the Research Centre for Arts and Communication; and collaborates with INESC-TEC and LE@D. He is the President of the Artech-International Assoc. with activities in all over the world in the field of digital media art, founder of the ARTECH (Int. Conf. on Digital and Interactive Arts) and ARTeFACTo (Int. Conf. on Digital Creation in Arts and Communication) conf. series. He is a regular consultant of international boards (e.g., European Commission, Macao Science and Technology Development Fund). His research interests embrace different fields from (post-)digital media arts, arteology, media and human rights to digital education. He is author/co-author of more than 120 publications in journals, conf. proceedings, book chapters and science promotion booklets. He is the editor-in-chief of International Journal of Creative Interfaces and Computer Graphics (ISSN: 1947-3117).

Lina Morgado, Laboratório de Educação a Distância e eLearning, Universidade Aberta (Portugal)

Doctora en Educación y Profesora Asociada en el Departamento de Educación y Aprendizaje a Distancia de la Universidad Abierta (Portugal), donde coordinó el máster en Pedagogía del eLearning. Es coordinadora científica del centro de investigación y desarrollo Laboratório de Educação a Distância e eLearning (LE@D) de esta institución. Es coautora del Modelo Pedagógico Virtual de la Universidade Aberta (2007) y responsable del programa de formación de profesores para eLearning en esta institución y en otras IES portuguesas desde 2007. Ha formado parte de proyectos nacionales e internacionales de investigación e innovación en el ámbito de la educación a distancia en línea y presencial en la enseñanza superior y ha publicado sobre el tema.
