Resumen
El presente trabajo muestra las preferencias de los nuevos estudiantes de la Universidad nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD, recogidos a través del cuestionario CHAEA, implementado de forma online y el cual contó con la participación de 3205 estudiantes durante el año 2011. El objetivo fue analizar las preferencias en cuanto a los Estilos de Aprendizaje del alumnado. El análisis de estos datos ha permitido confirmar la relación entre los estilos de aprendizaje activo y pragmático como la existente entre reflexivo y teórico Se encontraron relaciones entre el género, y la edad con los estilos de aprendizaje.
LEARNING STYLES AMONG FIRST YEAR STUDENTS IN THE UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL ABIERTA Y A DISTANCIA UNAD
Abstract
The following research shows the preferences of first year students in Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD, gathered through a CHAEA questionnaire, implemented online. The number of participants was 3205 students during the 2011 school year. The objective was to analyze the students learning style preferences. The analysis of the data has confirmed the relation between different style including between, active and pragmatic as well as between reflexive and theoretical. The results show relations between age and gender with the learning styles.
