Resumen
En este trabajo se evalúa un curso de relación comercial bajo la modalidad de bLearnign, con una duración estimada, con un grupo piloto, de 35 horas. El número total de participantes es de 550. Se analizan aspectos como el rendimiento del curso, las calificaciones medias, el tiempo que le dedicaron al curso, así como las opiniones de los participantes en el mismo. La diferencia entre el test de diagnóstico y los resultados conseguidos al final fueron muy positivos, así como el índice de aprobados. El tiempo dedicado fue inferior al previsto para una aplicación presencial. La evaluación cualitativa de los participantes indicó su preferencia por cursos como este.
Evaluation of a continuing education course bLearning in communication and business relationship with classroom support active methods, and knowledge of learning styles, emotional intelligence, etc.
Abstract
In this paper we evaluate a course of business relationship in the form of bLearnign, with an estimated duration with a pilot group of 35 hours. The total number of participants is 550. We analyze the performance and progress, the mean scores, the time he devoted to the course, and the views of the participants in it. The difference between the diagnostic test and the results achieved at the end were very positive, and the pass rate. Time spent was lower than expected for an application in person. The qualitative assessment of the participants indicated their preference for courses like this.
