ESTILOS DE APRENDIZAJE EN ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS DE INGENIERÍA EN COMPUTACIÓN E INFORMÁTICA ADMINISTRATIVA

Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como propósito identificar los estilos de aprendizaje preferentes en estudiantes de las licenciaturas de Ingeniería en Computación (ICO) e Informática Administrativa (LIA) de una Universidad Pública del Estado de México, para lo cual se aplicó el cuestionario CHAEA de Honey-Alonso a 308 estudiantes (150 mujeres y 158 hombres). Los resultados mostraron que los estudiantes de ICO tienen una preferencia alta en los estilos pragmático y activo por sobre teórico y reflexivo, mientras que en los estudiantes de LIA el aprendizaje se favorece si la enseñanza se orienta hacia una participación práctica.
LEARNING STYLES AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS IN COMPUTER ENGINEERING AND ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Abstract
This research aimed to identify preferred learning styles in student’s degrees in Computer Engineering (ICO) and Administrative Information Technology (LIA) of a Public University of Mexico State, for which the questionnaire was applied CHAE Honey- Alonso to 308 students (150 women and 158 men). The results showed that ICO student’s have a preference high styles pragmatic and active on theoretical and reflective, while the LIA student’s learning is enhanced if the teaching is geared towards practice participation.
