RESUMEN
El objeto de este estudio es determinar la relación existente entre los estilos de aprendizaje en estudiantes de Enfermería y el desempeño en las Pruebas Saber Pro. Se condujo un estudio descriptivo correlacional en una muestra seleccionada por conveniencia de 73 estudiantes que cursaban el último año de la carrera de Enfermería en una Universidad privada de Colombia. Los datos de cada estudiante fueron obtenidos del Cuestionario Honey – Alonso de estilos de aprendizaje (CHAEA) y del Informe Institucional (Reporte 4) que elabora el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior (ICFES). Se encontraron relaciones estadísticamente significativas entre el Estilo de aprendizaje Reflexivo y el desempeño en las Pruebas Saber Pro (.256), lo que evidencia la necesidad de buscar alternativas para potenciar el desarrollo del estilo Reflexivo.
STUDENT LEARNING STYLES OF NURSING AND ITS RELATION TO THE PERFORMANCE TEST PRO KNOW
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between learning styles nursing students and performance on Pro Saber Tests Conducted a descriptive correlational study in a selected sample of convenience of 73 students who were in the last year of the Nursing career at a private university in Colombia. The data for each student were obtained from the questionnaire Honey - Alonso learning styles (CHAE) and the Institutional Report (Report 4) prepared by the Institute for the Promotion of Higher Education (ICFES). Statistically significant relationships were found between learning style and performance Reflexive Testing Pro to Know (256), which demonstrates the need for alternatives to enhance the development of reflective style.
