PREDOMINA EL ESTILO REFLEXIVO EN ESTUDIANTES DE LA LICENCIATURA EN DERECHO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE SONORA, MÉXICO

Resumen
El trabajo analiza el estado que guarda los estilos de aprendizaje a nivel superior en el país, mediante el estudio de caso de la universidad de sonora. Se realizó un estudio tipo descriptivo, carácter exploratorio, se aplico el instrumento CHAEA de Honey- Alonso (Alonso, Gallego y Honey, 1994), para diagnosticar el estilo de aprendizaje de los estudiantes universitarios y su preferencia de los alumnos de las diversas carreras de la Universidad de Sonora, Unidad Regional Centro, y en base a los resultados lograr dar respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas al inicio de la investigación. A continuación exponemos los resultados obtenidos en los cuatro estilos de aprendizaje de los grupos de estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Derecho. El 33% de los estudiantes de la muestra representativa tuvieron como estilo de aprendizaje predominante el estilo Reflexivo, seguido del estilo Pragmático con un 24%, y en menor medida el estilo Teórico con un 12.20%, el estilos Activo quedo representado con un 10.90%, subsistiendo un 19.90% de los estudiantes con afinidad hacia dos o más estilos de aprendizaje, por lo que se le considera que tienen estilo de aprendizaje mixto; lo cual nos permite reconocer que los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Derecho son principalmente Reflexivos y Pragmáticos, representando estos dos grupos estilísticos en un 57% de la población estudiada. Los resultados indican que los estudiantes aunque manifiestan interés por la temática, tanto el contexto institucional como el profesorado, permiten identificar ventanas de oportunidad para la educación superior en la nación.
Abstract
The paper analyzes the state that keeps the learning styles at senior level in the country, through a case study from the University of Sonora. A study descriptive, exploratory, the instrument was applied CHAE Honey-Alonso (Alonso, Gallego and Honey, 1994), to diagnose the learning style of college students and their preference of students of different races University of Sonora, Central Campus, and based on the results achieved to address the hypothesis posed at the beginning of the investigation. Here we present the results of the four learning styles of groups of students from the law degree. 33% of students in the representative sample were as dominant learning style Reflective style, pragmatic style followed by 24% and less theoretical style with a 12.20%, the active style is represented with a 10.90% , subsisting on a 19.90% of students with affinity for two or more learning styles, so it is considered to have mixed learning style, which allows us to recognize that students are mainly law degree Reflective and pragmatic these two stylistic groups representing 57% of the population studied. The results indicate that although the students show interest in the subject, both the institutional and faculty, to identify windows of opportunity for higher education in the nation.
