Resumen:
La caracterización de perfiles de estilos de aprendizaje en la universidad contemporánea constituye una necesidad si reconocemos que los estudiantes poseen diferencias culturales y modos de aprender únicos e irrepetibles, lo que nos conduce a asumir una práctica pedagógica que propicie la reflexión para un cambio didáctico donde se integren los procesos de enseñanza con los de aprendizaje. El objetivo de la ponencia es valorar la importancia del perfeccionamiento de los perfiles de estilos de aprendizaje para lograr un proceso de enseñanza más personalizado, como acción para lograr la permanencia de los profesionales en formación y con ello su desarrollo social.
CHARACTERIZATION OF LEARNING STYLES PROFILES IN HIGHER EDUCATION, AN INTEGRATED VIEW
Abstract:
The profiling of learning styles in the contemporary university is a necessity if we recognize that students have different cultures and ways of learning unique and unrepeatable, which leads us to do a teaching practice that encourages reflection for educational change where integrate the teaching with learning. The objective of this paper is to assess the importance of improving of learning styles profile to achieve a more personalized learning process, as action to keep young professionals in training and thus its social development.
