Resumen: En este artículo se realiza una reflexión sobre la didáctica del piano. Se describe el concepto de “inteligencia” en la educación pianística y se propone una nueva pedagogía acorde con la educación que exige la sociedad a comienzos del siglo XXI, esto es, la aplicación de una metodología flexible en la que se tengan en cuenta las necesidades de los estudiantes, su inteligencia emocional y sus estilos de aprendizaje.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND LEARNING STYLES IN PIANO EDUCATION
Abstract: This paper reflects on piano didactics. It describes the concept of “intelligence” in pianistic education and proposes a new pedagogy according to the education that society demands at the beginning of the 21st century, that, the application of a flexible methodology which considers the students’ needs, their emotional intelligence and their learning styles.
