RESUMEN:
En este trabajo se presenta una investigación empírica sobre estilos de aprendizaje y método de caso realizada en la Diplomatura en Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Alicante (España), durante el curso 2006-07, por el profesorado integrante de la “Red de Estudio de la Docencia de Calidad en Trabajo Social-Segundo curso” (REDCATS-Segundo curso). En ella, se presenta una introducción sobre sus fundamentos teóricos, el diseño de la investigación (enfoque, objetivos, hipótesis, participantes, medición, procedimiento, tratamiento y análisis de datos), los principales resultados obtenidos y su discusión, así como las principales conclusiones que se pueden extraer del trabajo.
LEARNING STYLES AND CASE METHOD IN SOCIAL WORK
ABSTRACT:
We present an empirical research of the teaching network “Red de Estudio de la Docencia de Calidad en Trabajo Social-Segundo curso” (REDCATS-Segundo curso), on learning styles and case method in the Degree in Social Work of the University of Alicante (Spain), conducted during the academic year 2006-07. The paper includes an introduction on the theoretical foundations of the study, the research design (approach, objectives, hypothesis, participants, measure, procedure, and data analysis), the main results obtained and their discussion, as well as the main conclusions that can be drawn of the work.
