Estilos de e-tutoria: um estudo no âmbito da UAB no Ceará

Na Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB) os tutores a distância (e-tutores) assumem uma função docente que é partilhada com tutores presenciais e professores conteudistas. A ação educacional desempenhada pelos e-tutores apresenta contornos que transcendem o que é definido nos documentos legais, na medida em que é na prática cotidiana que se percebe como esse ator se posiciona para potencializar a aprendizagem dos alunos e quais são os seus maiores desafios. Neste sentido, o presente artigo postula que os estilos de e-tutoria podem ser refletidos a partir de uma perspectiva autoavaliativa. Como embasamento empírico, o estudo envolve 35 tutores a distânciapertencentes ao Sistema UAB atuantes em duas instituições públicas de ensino superior do estado do Ceará, em torno dequatro eixos a fim de analisar o estilo de e-tutoria em uma visão sistêmica: condução pedagógica; atributos valorizados pelo e-tutor; recursos tecnológicos privilegiados na ação docente; desafios no desempenho da atividade.Os resultados obtidos visam contribuir para subsidiar futuras atividades e programas de formação para a tutoria a distância a partir do conhecimento das práticas pedagógicas priorizadas e os fatores que desafiam esse e-tutor em sua práxis.
