El constructo estilos-ambientes de aprendizaje: del diagnóstico contextual a las prácticas pedagógicas abiertas a la innovación en el primer año universitario

Este artículo presenta una investigación que da cuenta de los resultados de un diagnóstico, en condiciones contextualizadas, sobre los Estilos de Aprendizaje de 476 estudiantes que ingresaron al estudio universitario en las carreras de Medicina, Ingeniería Civil, Derecho y Administración, de la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil. Experiencia investigadora que propició y orientó, desde la singularidad de un estudiante en interacción con otros, un espacio que permitió otra indagación en el ámbito de la docencia: la actualización de prácticas pedagógicas abiertas a la Innovación, incorporando nuevos enfoques para el trabajo del aula diversa. Trabajo que, en modalidad taller, suscitó en los docentes reflexiones intensas sobre su Identidad profesional traducida en “mejora continua”.
