Entrepreneurs Women in Coworking Environments in São Carlos-Sp-Brazil: An Analysis of Learning Styles and Leadership Profiles and a Training Program Proposal

The objective of this research was to verify which learning styles and leadership profiles are predominant in entrepreneurial women in the Coworking environments, taking as a reference São Carlos city, Capital of Technology, to propose a training program for women entrepreneurs. It was based on the premise that the identification of these characteristics allows a better understanding of their managerial competences for the development of specific training programs. Thus, we sought to identify and explore the representative activities in these organizational environments if they show modern, flexible, interactive and creative. Through a bibliographical review, a qualitative methodology was chosen, looking for the most outstanding cases of this locus, taking as instruments of data collection for the identification of the learning styles, the Inventory of the Learning Styles of Felder and Soloman (2008) and for the identification of women's leadership profiles, the application of semi-structured interviews. As a result of this research, a program called “Fatec Empreendedora Mulher Nascente: do lar a gestão de negócios was developed and implemented, creating new opportunities for updating and empowering the new issues arising from the rapid technological innovation and management processes required new businesses.
